Why should I buy your books here?

When you buy through my website, you:

Although some of my books are available for purchase at other retailers such as Amazon, I receive a much larger percentage of the sale price when you buy on my website. This allows me to spend less time marketing and more time writing the next book.

Is it easier for me to buy ebooks from the usual retailers?

Not at all! When you purchase through my store, you’ll have the support of BookFunnel’s amazing customer service. You’ll receive an email from them with instructions on how to get the book onto your specific device. They also have the BookFunnel App which you can also read your books in. If you ever misplace your purchase, you will always be able to find it in your BookFunnel Library or on your BookFunnel App!

How will my ebook be delivered?

Your ebooks are delivered automatically upon purchase by an email from BookFunnel. They will be delivered to the email you used at checkout.

If you haven’t received an email from BookFunnel within 5 minutes of your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at ana@ananight.com.


Your Bookfunnel Library

Log into Bookfunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your purchased books in your library here: www.my.bookfunnel.com

Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from any and all authors.

What happens with preorders?

When you buy a book on preorder, you are charged at once by the payment method you selected at checkout.

Paperbacks are sent to you on release day by Bookvault.

Ebooks are automatically delivered on release day by an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived on that date, look in your spam folder, or if you have Gmail, in your promotions folder.

Do you have more than one email address? The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.

Why aren't all your books available through your website?

Some of my books are in Kindle Unlimited and are exclusive to Amazon. This means I can’t sell them anywhere else. Not even on my own website.

Where can I post my review?

Why doesn't my comment/review show up?

We receive a lot of spam comments and reviews and as such, all comments and reviews have to be moderated. Your comments/reviews will show up once they’re approved by us.

Please note that our business hours are 4 a.m. EDT to 11 a.m. EDT Monday to Friday.

Do you ship paperbacks to EU?

While we ship to most parts of the world, we do not currently ship paperbacks to EU, because our paperbacks are printed outside of EU and we do not want our customers to have a bad experience with having to pay VAT twice. This is something that may change in the future.

Why can't I purchase from my country?

Sales tax requirements vary by country and some are restrictive for small businesses. We will continue to evaluate tax requirements and update countries as appropriate.

What is your refund policy?

Ebooks: Digital orders such as ebooks cannot be returned or refunded once delivered as they are instant downloads.

Paperbacks: Physical books are manufactured on-demand specifically to fulfill your order. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
