Cancellations and returns

Paperback and hardback books are manufactured on-demand specifically to fulfill your order. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Ebooks and audiobooks cannot be returned or refunded once delivered as they are instant downloads.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

Please put the word ‘returns’ in the subject line of your email and include your name, order number, pictures if necessary, and the reason for the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know once the refund has been processed.
