I am so excited to share this blog post with you because it’s the blog’s first birthday! Isn’t that crazy? I’ve been blogging for a whole year now! It has gone by so quickly and I can’t believe we’re already a year into it!

OUR MOST SEEN BLOG POST:
How Kindle Unlimited Actually Works is the blog post that the most people have seen to date! I, for one, am not surprised. I’m actually really happy about it because it means readers are trying to educate themselves on Amazon and how programs like KU actually work for authors (and what not to do if you want to support your favorite authors).
THE ONE THAT WAS THE MOST FUN:
The blog post I had the most fun writing this year is definitely What’s On My Bookshelf? I had a great time reorganizing my bookshelf to make it more visually appealing for the photos (I wanted to do that anyway, so win!). Having a small photoshoot, including my feline cuties, was also a blast! But most of all, I got to share my favorite books with you guys, knowing that you probably feel the same about your bookshelves.
THE KIND OF TEASE WE ALL LIKE:
We’ve shared a few excerpts over the past year and you can find them all here! Sharing teasers & excerpts with you guys is always a little nerve-wracking but also super exciting! It is, after all, the first real peek of a new couple. The excerpt from Ace was especially popular amongst our readers this year. If you haven’t read Ace yet, here’s all you really need to know:

THIS ONE TOOK THE LONGEST TO WRITE:
I spent the most time on my blog post, My Office Must-Haves As a Writer. The reason for this was the sheer amount of stuff I have in my home office that I use on a day-to-day basis. I also had to take pictures and find links to as much as I could so it would be the most beneficial to you guys! I think I spent around 4 hours on it which surprised my PA quite a bit. I’ve written some pretty complex posts this past year that you would definitely think would be at the top of the list, but I guess you should never underestimate the amount of prep work a post can have.

Thank you so effing much for following my blog this past year! It feels so surreal to me that I doubted whether or not I would have anything to write about or if anybody would want to read my posts. I’m incredibly grateful for all the support I’ve received from you guys and my PA! I’m looking forward to what the next year will bring and, hopefully, the blog will continue to grow and flourish.
