Refund Policy

Physical books are manufactured on-demand especially to fulfill your order. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Digital orders such as ebooks cannot be returned or refunded once delivered as they are instant downloads.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please put the word ‘returns’ in the subject line of your email and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know once the refund has been processed.
