Cover Reveal: Toxic Devotion

HELLO, LOVELIES!

I’m so excited to be sharing the cover of Toxic Devotion with you. This book has been a long time coming, that’s for sure! I have been asked so many times about Neil and Marco’s story and it’s finally happening!

Toxic Devotion tells the story of a CIA officer who gets involved with the newly appointed head of a mafia family. Does he know better? Yes. Does that stop him? Fuck, no. Because these two are just stupid for each other…

I wanted this cover series to be minimalistic and bold so the characters could be the focal point and also drive the intense dynamic between Neil and Marco home. To make it extra expressive I wanted closeups with dramatic lighting (it just hits differently). To streamline this cover with my others as well as catch the reader’s gaze, I wanted to add a colorful title. These were my main thoughts on the cover design for Toxic Devotion. It’s super simple, I know but hey, if it ain’t broken! Let me know what you think of the cover in the comments below.

A mobster and a spook walk into a bar…

Marco Serrano was raised to become the head of a crime family, but while his father prepared him to lead the Serrano family, he never knew that his son was gay. Marco has only ever entrusted two people with that information because if it ever got out, he would lose everything, including his life. Enter a CIA officer who makes him feel alive and he might risk it all for a chance at love.

Neil knows that falling for a mafia boss is a terrible idea, but Marco makes him want things he can’t have. Things he’s never wanted before. Things like a real relationship and love. He’s never had a family or a home, but Marco quickly becomes both to him. Being together puts them both in grave danger, but there’s nothing he won’t do for Marco, except for one thing: quitting the Agency.

Neil’s line of work clashes with Marco’s way of life and, when tragedy strikes, their relationship takes a hit they may never recover from…
